Utility Poplar Hub provides educational chart reading workshops focused on momentum divergence and price confirmation. Our services include in-person masterclasses, weekly group reading sessions, private coaching appointments, and corporate training workshops. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, or trade recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in workshops. By booking, you confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you understand our training is educational only.

4. Bookings and payment

Workshop seats are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated in writing for corporate engagements. Prices are listed in Thai Baht on our Rates page. We reserve the right to update prices for future dates; confirmed bookings honour the rate quoted at the time of payment.

5. Intellectual property

Workbooks, handouts, session notes, and website content are owned by Utility Poplar Hub Co., Ltd. or our licensors. You may use materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

6. Conduct at workshops

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the session, without refund, if the disruption is serious or repeated after a warning.

7. Disclaimer of investment advice

All content — on this website, in workshops, and in written materials — is for educational purposes. Nothing we teach or publish constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Utility Poplar Hub Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in workshops, including trading losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific booking.
