Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to workshops, sessions, and training booked with Utility Poplar Hub Co., Ltd. ("Utility Poplar Hub"). By paying for a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Momentum Divergence Masterclass

  • Full refund: Cancel 14 or more days before the workshop date
  • 50% refund: Cancel 7–13 days before the workshop date
  • No refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before, or no-show

You may transfer your seat to another person at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the date.

2. Weekly Chart Reading Sessions

Monthly membership (four sessions) is non-refundable once the first session of the month has taken place. If you cancel before the first session, we refund the full THB 1,200.

Individual missed sessions within a paid month are not refunded or rescheduled.

3. Private Divergence Coaching

  • Full refund: Cancel 48 or more hours before your appointment
  • No refund: Cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or no-show

One free reschedule is available with 48 hours notice. Chart exports must be sent 24 hours before the session; failure to send may result in rescheduling without refund if we cannot prepare.

4. Corporate Team Training

Deposit and cancellation terms are stated in your written quote. Standard terms:

  • 50% deposit non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date
  • Full balance refundable if we cancel due to instructor illness — we offer a new date or full refund
  • Custom workbook preparation begun more than 7 days before cancellation may be deducted from any refund (materials cost quoted in advance)

5. If we cancel

If Utility Poplar Hub cancels a workshop for any reason, you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available date. We are not liable for travel costs you may have incurred.

6. Refund process

  1. Email hello@utilitypoplarhub.click with your name, workshop date, and payment reference
  2. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer or PromptPay)

7. Non-refundable items

  • Work already delivered (completed coaching sessions, corporate workshops already run)
  • Printed materials shipped or collected before cancellation
  • No-show without prior notice

8. Deposits

Corporate deposits follow the quote terms. Masterclass bookings require full payment — treated as a deposit against the seat until the workshop runs, then non-refundable per the cancellation windows above.

9. Disputes
