• Booking correspondence: payment confirmation details, billing name (not full card numbers — we do not process cards on this site)
• Workshop participation: attendance records, chart exports you voluntarily send for coaching

• Cookie preference: your accept/reject choice stored locally in your browser

• Respond to inquiries and confirm workshop bookings
• Deliver coaching and corporate training you requested
• Send session notes to weekly reading participants

• Coaching chart exports: deleted within 90 days after your final session unless you request earlier deletion
• Analytics data: per Google Analytics default retention settings (26 months maximum if configured)

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

• Google Analytics (if you accept analytics cookies) — data may be processed in the United States
