How the session runs
- Morning: define momentum, map swing highs and lows, mark classic divergence shapes

- Afternoon: apply confirmation filters — volume, level breaks, and time-of-day context
- Closing: each participant writes one fully confirmed setup with entry, invalidation, and target notes
