Setting Up Your Chart Workbook for Divergence Study
The physical workbook we hand out at the masterclass — how to assemble your own at home with grid paper, sticky tabs, and a consistent colour code.
Screen-only study breeds impulsive clicks. We use A4 grid paper because the squares force you to count bars between swings instead of eyeballing pixels.
Section one holds daily charts with swing marks in blue pencil. Section two holds the same symbols on four-hour prints with divergence notes in green. Section three is the confirmation log — date, rule satisfied, outcome after five sessions.
Sticky tabs mark pages awaiting review on Thursday reading nights. Red tab means the setup failed confirmation; yellow means waiting; green means confirmed and tracked.
We recommend one symbol per double-page spread. Cramming four charts onto one page feels efficient but you lose the margin space where invalidation notes belong.
Replace printed charts monthly. Old marks on outdated levels teach habits that no longer match the current range.
